You must have successfully hired, held accountable, coached and motivated salespeople who have sold technical products to senior level decision makers and engineers of medium to large size companies, including OEM’s. You must have a track record of driving teams to overachieve in engineered product environments, have expertise with channel partners and “ rep” companies.
In addition to these skills you should be effective in finding, developing and closing new accounts, selling on value not price and have succeeded in a competitive marketplace.
Experience in selling engineered products or electronic components required. Experience in the RF, microwave, and millimeter markets is a strong plus.
We are offering base salary with quarterly bonuses, along with excellent benefits.

We are looking for someone with industry experience and strong mechanical skills to handle the following responsibilities:
1. Design and generate part drawings and assembly drawings in both 2-D and 3-D using SolidWorks.
2. Troubleshoot manufacturing problems associated with present designs.
3. Interact with purchasing and vendors to expedite procurement of parts when needed.
4. Assist sales with customer interaction to resolve production and/or design issues.
5. Pursue innovative ways to cut costs while improving quality.
6. Review all ECNs for accuracy and completeness, identifying any existing products/parts that might be affected by proposed changes.
7. Ensure accuracy of all ECN components (BOM, Drawings, Revisions) in all necessary systems (MAX, paper filing, electronic storage, etc), maintaining documentation control.
Education/Experience:
• ME Degree required
• 3-5 yrs experience in RF/Microwave industry preferred
• Experience using design tools, including SolidWorks and AutoCad preferred
• Experience with documentation control
• Ability and willingness to perform Documentation Control functions for the organization.
