We are looking for a National Sales Manager to help with the further growth of Renaissance.
You must have successfully hired, held accountable, coached and motivated salespeople who have sold technical products to senior level decision makers and engineers of medium to large size companies, including OEM’s. You should have a track record of driving teams to over achieve in engineered product environments, have expertise with channel partners and “ rep” companies.
In addition to these skills and successes, you have to be effective in finding, developing and closing new accounts, selling on value not price and have succeeded in a competitive marketplace.
Experience selling in engineered & manufactured custom products or electronic components required. Experience in the RF, millimeter,and microwave markets helpful.
We are offering base salary with quarterly bonuses, along with health benefits.

The successful candidate must have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrated ability to find, qualify and close business, expertise in working with and developing channel partners and rep firms, as well as the ability to sell value not price and compete in a competitive market.
In addition, you must be able to develop and execute a sales plan, have good time management skills and be able to effectively speak with engineers and technical end-users.
