Renaissance Electronics will be partaking in a holiday vacation beginning July
3, 2005 through July 14, 2006.
During the week of July 10, Renaissance’s Sales and Customer Service

Success in San Francisco |
This year’s IEEE MTT-S conference in San Francisco exhibited how our product
lines and capabilities have expanded over the last fifteen years to better
cater to the needs of our clients. At this year’s show, Renaissance featured
its newly expanded product line, the
Waveguide
Group. Also, our newest research & development (P/N
3A1NBV) for FM Digital Radio was displayed along with a number of our
featured designs.
Renaissance Electronics would like to thank everyone that
visited our
booth. Along with meeting with existing customers, The Renaissance
Electronics’ team was able to explore and discuss several new development projects with
customers.
While being in San Francisco, Renaissance conducted one of its scheduled
Representative training sessions, where we had over 50 representatives in
attendance. During this training session, new developments, expansions of
product lines, technical information, and marketing/sales trends were
communicated to our Representatives to better equip our Field Sales force to
serve our customers. Awards were presented to our most successful
Representatives of 2005. These recipients include:
• M. Lader Company for Top Sales in all Product Lines (Second year in a
row)
• ATSM for Base Station Product Group
• Sun-Tech Marketing for Switch Product Group
• Lionheart Northwest for Waveguide Product Group
• M. Lader Company for Ferrite Product Group

Avionics market Growth continues |
As previously reported by Renaissance Electronics, our avionics
business continues to grow. In June, Renaissance Electronics
received two mid-volume production orders in support of a Radar
Altimeter for regional and rotary aircraft.
This 4.2 to 4.4 GHz Isolator in also part of a Radar Altimeter
that is being qualified for the emerging Very Light Jet (VLJ)
market. This avionics package is currently undergoing FAA
certification and will be part of the initial aircraft launch in
September 2006.
Renaissance Electronics has aggressively approached the avionics
market and is currently developing new surface mount circulators
and isolators for the 4.2 to 4.4 GHz band. These are expected to
be introduced to avionics equipment manufactures this Fall.

Receive-side Expansion Facilitated |
|
Renaissance Electronics has delivered a new 1900 MHz Receiver
Multi-Coupler for receive-side basestation expansion to a major
cellular service provider.
The Receiver Multi-Coupler is a six 4:1 combiner with selectable
2 or 6 dB of gain, a low noise figure (less than 2 dB) with
excellent isolation and return loss characteristics. This device
allows a cell site to quadruple its number of channels without
employing a full expansion rack or additional antennas. The RMC
is optimized for cost and performance and can be easily
configured to any custom requirement.
This device or any of our transmit side expansion units
are available for 800 MHz, 1800 MHz or 2100 MHz systems.

Dual H-Plane Junction Circulators |
|
Renaissance Electronics’ Waveguide Division was
requested to quote and recently awarded a
contract to design and manufacture two different types of dual
H-Plane junction circulators, one of which incorporates a filter.
These circulators will be used for an X-band Avionics application.
This award is from a major Avionics system manufacturer who supports
a worldwide customer base. Renaissance Electronics has been growing
our business with this customer by supporting a team relationship,
on-time delivery, and providing quality components.

6)
Surveillance Radar Project |
Renaissance Electronics was recently awarded a new development
project to provide high power, low frequency Circulators. The phased
array radar will use both connectorized and drop-in housings.
Renaissance is currently in the engineering/prototype stage with
qualification hardware deliverable in August 2006.
Renaissance Electronics was selected because of our existing
relationship with this prime contractor, our excellent quality and
delivery rating, as well as our approach from an engineering and
manufacturing perspective.

7)
US NAVY Order for Switch Group |
The U.S. Navy has placed a follow on order for both Single Pole
Switches and Transfer Switches. These switches were qualified
through the Department of Defense Supply Center and subsequent
multi-year awards were issued to Renaissance covering the field
maintenance support arena for up to ten (10) years.

Strengthening of the Renaissance Sales Force |
As Renaissance Electronics has been experiencing a continuous
annual growth of over 30% for the last several years, our Sales force has been
regularly expanding. Renaissance Electronics is excited to announce
the latest additions to our Sales team.
Lisa Felix
Lisa Felix is Renaissance Electronics’ very own has been promoted as
our newest Sales and Marketing Specialist for the Waveguide Product
Group. Prior to joining Renaissance, Mrs. Felix served in the US
Army, as an Information Systems Operator/Analyst. She has worked
with Renaissance Electronics Corporation for the past seven years in
roles of Sales Coordinator, Purchasing Assistant, and Office

Bruce Simpson
Bruce Simpson is our new International Sales Manager. Bringing over
twenty-five years of experience in Microwave System development and
Sales, Bruce is responsible for our International efforts. As an
engineer in the Microwave development group at Rockwell
International’s Telecom division, Bruce was instrumental in the
introduction of their first digital microwave systems; additional
duties included R&D lab manager and Digital Microwave Quality
Control Manager. During the introduction of Rockwell’s new DCS
technology Bruce relocated to manage a northeast regional
Engineering, Installation, and Test facility in support of new
account development. Alcatel USA acquired Rockwell International’s
Telecom division where Bruce continued as a Sales Director until
joining REC. Bruce an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering
and holds a current FCC General Radiotelephone operator license.

Renaissance Electronics is excited to

servicing the country of Israel —RST Reut-Systems and Advanced
