1) RF Switching Unit - Radio/Antenna Test Set |
REC Model 18A7NAC is a multifunctional, integrated
switching assembly that covers frequency bands from C to Ku. This GPIB
controlled assembly contains Switches, Circulators, Power Dividers,
Directional Couplers and Programmable Attenuators.
REC’s new Radio/Antenna Test Set boasts a 20 x 21 (In/Out) Switch Matrix
with a Frequency range of .7GHz – 18GHz. The 7U, 21” deep assembly fits in a
standard 19” rack.
Its main function is to switch a RF signal between various radio and
antennas, while conditioning the signal based on the operator input. The
Switch Matrices allows for automated testing and simplifies the test report
process. |

Record Growth continues at Renaissance |
In August, Renaissance achieved the 2nd highest
monthly bookings in our 15 year history. This was 2nd only to March 2006,
which is the highest booking month in Renaissance history.
Renaissance also achieved another milestone in August when we exceeded our
2005 bookings. This growth is directly attributed to Renaissances’ belief in
creating teaming relationships with our customers and regional sales teams.
We would like to thank those who are truly responsible for this outstanding
growth, our valued customers. Thank you for allowing Renaissance to be of
service.

3) Distributed Antenna Systems Made
Simple |
Renaissance Electronics Ferrite
Product Group recently received a new development order to
support a former Eastern Bloc country who is upgrading their
tactical radio system to conform to NATO standards. They will be
going through the initial design phase and then once the system
is approved, into full production. Our standard Circulator model
3A2BC was selected due to its size, performance and high
reliability. A sister model, 3A2BF is approved for flight
operations.
Renaissance Electronics has a long history of supporting
development of low frequency, broad-band circulators and
isolators. Call our ferrite product group with your individual
application requirements.

Audio/Broadcast follow-up order |
Renaissance Electronics was awarded a
major contract from a leader within the Audio and Broadcast
equipment industry. This is 6th major contract from equipment
manufacturers in this high tech industry for our small footprint
surface mount Isolators and Circulators from our SLE Series.
The SLE Series of Isolators and Circulator are 10 mm X 10 mm square
and are ideal for low power, narrow bandwidth requirements up to
about 1800 MHz. Since the SLE Series was developed in 2001,
Renaissance Electronics has shipped over 50,000 pieces.
