Position Summary:
The Millimeter Wave Engineer is responsible for RF/Microwave/Millimeter Wave system architecture development for both commercial wireless and military applications. He/She works with the key organizational players to develop and bring to market new products that will support the growth of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for RF/Microwave/Millimeter Wave system architecture development for both commercial wireless and military applications.
- Participate in proposal writing in response to customer specifications.
- Design, performance simulations and development of RF components like amplifiers, LNAs, filters, switches, VCOs, mixers etc and to integrate them into Radios and Radars.
- Evaluation and lab testing for subassemblies, integration with other digital components and evaluation of the complete system.
- Complete Project Management from conceptualization to prototype release on new designs including documentation (ATP/QTP, process flow etc).
Education/Experience:
BSEE with at least 10 years of hands-on experience on RF/Microwave system design and system architecture design.

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience assembling RF/Microwave components and testing using network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and other RF/Microwave test equipment.
- Excellent computer skills for simulation and documentation needs.
