The HGM and HGV series of Gunn Oscillators and VCO’s cover the frequency range from 7 to 110 GHz. A wide variety of designs provides the designer with a solution for most applications to meet application specific requirements. Units are available with either mechanical or electrical tuning with bandwidth matched to the customer’s requirement. Superior frequency and power stability are achieved using cavity design and diode selection. Heaters can be provided to achieve greater frequency stability. Isolators can be provided at the oscillator output to reduce frequency pulling to a minimum.

Gunn oscillators can be used as sources for mixer LO’s, to drive multipliers, transmitters, and radars. Available options include voltage regulators, heaters, isolators, heat sinks, and micrometer tuners.
